Do not reproduce or redistribute my work (reselling) without my permission or prior notice. Contact me if you plan to do so. (this includes, but is not limited to, minting/selling the commissioned work as an NFT.)

I may showcase any commissioned art and/or models on all social media and to use as future samples. (you may opt to keep work private)

Unless requested otherwise, Commission progress maybe livestreamed on Twitch or in discord.

Merchandising rights are not included. (fees or royalties are required should you wish to use my work for merchandise)

I may cancel a commission at any time or if the down payment is not received and 7 days have passed since prompting payment.

Full or partial refund available dependent on how much progress has been done. No refund for completed works.

I have the right to accept or decline any commission request

Payment is via Paypal Invoice.

I will only start once paid.

I accept full payment upfront or 50% downpayment, 50% for completed delivery. (I'm open to discussing additional downpayment plans)

Payment sent prematurely via Twitch subs, bits, donations, etc. will not count to paying off a commission.
